OUR CHOCOLATE
Our bars are certified USDA organic, as well as certified with the Rainforest Alliance, which is an important step in ensuring a model of sustainability and ethical/environmentally friendly way to acquire the right resources for premium chocolate bars like ours.
Espresso Dark Chocolate (70% Cocoa)
This chocolate bar is rich, dark and lightly sweet. The dark chocolate comes from Ecuador and is a perfect match for our HELIO Dark Roast coffee from the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Two countries, two spectacular beans. By design...the perfect match.
Milk Chocolate (41% Cocoa)
This creamy chocolate bar is delicious, lightly sweet, with a memorable kick...just a little extra at 41% cocoa content. Lovely and beautiful.
Huckleberry Dark Chocolate (60% Cocoa)
Delicous, lightly dark, lightly sweet and loaded with whole huckleberries for that pleasant, surprising twang. Gorgeous with red wine.
